Taught by instructor Tamara, this class is ideal for those seeking balance between mind, body, and spirit. The first half of the session you will be gently guided to move your body through calming movements that invite flexibility and release tension. These stretches are tailored to all levels, promoting a sense of ease and presence. The last half hour of class is reserved for a restorative sound bath meditation where the instructor plays crystal singing bowls, ocean drum and other healing instruments to bring you into a deep and peaceful meditation.
